Today's date nothing to be liked in the organisation.

No work life balance, call you anytime, for second shift you were called at 11 in morning also, very poor increment, very old machines with lots of problems, company want compliance like USFDA but spends like domestic, contract people handling major responsibility, contract manpower paid very less... insufficient word is also insufficient. You are directly responsible for the problems who's decision not get from your bosses, local HR head very bad person. Health insurance amount is just 1.25 lakhs and for covid time just 2.5 lakhs....Read More

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
