If you are Engineer and want to go for Apprentice in Lupin I request you to please don't join for Apprentice. because they will not confirm you after completion of your apprenticeship. Many of my friends are left the company

The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging.
