Luna Technologies is using very harsh terms and conditions for Sales Engineers. They expect the time from the first visit to the last visit to be 8 hours, which is not possible. This is the reason why almost 65% of Engineers face salary deductions every month.

No work life balance. You have to complete your 9hrs otherwise you will mark as a half day. No Saturday off. Salary increment after 18 to 20 months after putting resignation you will get increament. No management one single person will handle the whole company. No differanciat between old and new people.
