They provide a lot of learning and development material for self growth as well as career growth, which very few companies do. The working atmosphere is friendly and great fun calendar activities shared through out the year which makes its a perfect balance between work and enjoy.

Not much to like in this organization, Less educated people's are here because they work in less salary... director of company interfere each and every work, company is completely depends on consultants. Their is no basic facilities, poor company premise and work culture, No respect for talent, No perks and benefits, No team building, For increment you have to be favourable in view director and consultants, unwanted HR policies, HR and admins in silvassa don't have experience and they don't know way of talking,No career growth.
