Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Not much to like in this organization, Less educated people's are here because they work in less salary... director of company interfere each and every work, company is completely depends on consultants. Their is no basic facilities, poor company premise and work culture, No respect for talent, No perks and benefits, No team building, For increment you have to be favourable in view director and consultants, unwanted HR policies, HR and admins in silvassa don't have experience and they don't know way of talking,No career growth. Nothing to like here.. pathetic management... illiterate peoples,worst culture, unwanted policies forced on employees

No personal growth, No work life balance, No facilities, Nothing here to like. All manager's don't have proper education degrees, director is fully controlled by consultant's.
