Everything. Zero job security. Once you are on bench you have to find next project by your own. HR is never going to help you. They will give you fake promise but by the end of two months they will call you randomly and fire you on same call, same moment. Such a pathetic culture. None of your higher management is going to help you in getting projects or handling this situation....Read More

Which Company Should I join?

I have received offer from 3 companies namely---> Hexaware, TCS and LTI and each respectively for 4lpa, 3.4lpa and 4lpa. But I am confused which one should I take people say I should prefer TCS but the pay is not high and I've also heard that there is benching period with no proper hike and once someone leaves TCS they can never join back. Coming back to Hexaware I have not received proper offer letter but just a letter of intent, and LTI has a good pay comparatively but I know nothing about the compnay and their work culture.
