No management of work, no salary in time, everyone who are working here for long period of time they all are insecure about their position. Whenever a new person joins they get insecure of their position that if we teach that person about the work they will move forward from us. Thats why all the new joinees dont like the people whoare working here and after sometime they lay off that a person without any prior intimation and even the management is also not taking steps about it...Read More
