The Name Work life balance is told always but the work culture and treatment is bad as I feel.

Dislikes

There is no Incentive or bonus for employees. They is no cab facilities for day shift employees. Appraisal will be very less in this company.

Employee welfare activities can be improved such as food Facility often but not regular stalls there, food court is very expensive.but still don't get some good food after spending more than Rs. 400 to 500, so management could do provide that facility to their employees will be so helpful to all.
