When it started in 2014, it was like a startup and everyone was putting their effort and doing beyond their capabilities. Quick Growth, IJPs, team management skills were quickly adapted. Very young leaders were made and everyone learned from their mistakes.

Even after 8 years of completion, the company depends 99% on Manual work. From daily attendance, to incentive, monthly /daily shift allowances, daily performance tracker, etc etc. Name anything and it needs to be done manually. Even a small mistake is considered as a crime. Meetings are considered for pointless topicsckground-color: #fff5e4;">. Management failure is expected as user and managers failures</mark>. Top level knows 0 about the process and hardly keep any eye. But Top Level thinks that they are CEOs of Microsoft, Google or may be NASA. When company had a shutdown in June for a month. Employees were asked forcefully to work and Loss of Pays were marked for not working. Completely unethical stuff. HR Team on other hands are of whole new level who listens your complaint and acts as of keeping confidential and super good in adding extra flavors and sharing with their own boss. After pandemic, working here has been a pain point. Everyone will support the company only if the the other party has same thinking. After opting to resign, nobody even had courtesy to even discuss about the resignation. From mgt to HR, they just accepted without even a talk. The day you plan to resign, Mgt considers you as a Cheat. Mgt call you anytime for the meeting. they dont consider you as Human Being as well. Considered as Robots - dont eat, dont travel, dont sleep, nothing. But themselves are considered to be part of some other universe. Gold Medalist from Mars. My work was to manage the crowd and defend the company in all the wrong things done in the last 2 years. Also to get the blame directly on my head and accept it as reason for my low or no appraisals.
