It's a good organisation where you can work for only salary that's it, can't expect for growth, be in same position for ages and take salary that's it. More over it was good earlier because of previous management, but now everything had been changed.

Dislikes

I like everything apart from demotivating employees to grow in same organisation, and especially the process which I was in was so crucial no management will support you to grow.
