Your joining letter show your job position is backend executive but real you are working on Surveillance department. This department is full of polictics. They feel like a working in Isro. Jagtar manager so disrespectful man. He is also talk about that is your fault. You are not working good. He is not provide any training and deposit to your salary 4k for 10 months for traning name.
