Culture of HDFC Bank is very worst. Pressure is Very Very high language of higher authority is very bad to complete their target. No time management. Personal life is not in HDFC Bank.

If the employee is leaving the job because of work pressure, HR team are least bothered of contacting the employee and have a chat or discussion with employee rather HR team will listen to the employee's Manager such as a case with your employee code R3396. Bank and brand is good but people sitting above you is based at current Branch from very long time and because of this they have some kind misreprentation of that they are the owner and they can do any thing.Boms and Roms should be transfered on regualar intervals.

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

if you actually perform and give good business to the Bank then you will be the happiest.. you will get sponsored international trips with stay in luxury hotels, can get incentive going upto 36L for imperia RM apart from salary. and can expect good rating and promotions. but it you are someone who doesn't like to climb the corporate ladder...then you will be the unhappiest.

HDFC Bank is good, and they have recently assigned me to a great team. I've been learning a lot and giving my best, but the workload is too hectic and stressful. I am enjoying the work culture.

Dislikes

HDFC Bank is great. However, as a married woman, it's tough to balance work and health issues. They don't consider my health and mental well-being due to work pressure, as their main focus is on meeting targets.
