Offensive language , favouritism, a lot of politics especially in Western suburbs Hope you get good TL then you are safe. All the rules are of namesake, no one will take stand for right... One fine day they tell to resign from organization if you not in to favourite certain

Well..the company is good and they reward people for performance however Leadership team is mostly insecured which leads to them following us constantly and that affects our personal life. Well I felt they should have specific and right choices at the leadership level. Company is good and the branding and the product is good.

Dislikes

People just following up constantly and mostly affecting our mental health even though they meet their targets. This normally happens with Team leaders and heads. I still receive calls from internal teams and clients although i have left 6 months back which is not a good sign.Their initiative to ensure an employess resigns completely frpm the system is very less.

Well its targets driven which is encouraging from work perspective but mostly due to long hours and sat workings and even on weekend's is stressful due to constant communication from the management. Salary wise and pay wise they are on time & give incent

I feel, this is a place that offers one good knowledge about real estate and leaves one with valuable experience, which indeed results in good career development of one. I joined this company as a fresher, 3 years back. It is only when you put in some hard efforts and show some dedication to your work and deliver good results to the company.

At the beginning of the covid-19 fire, March 2020, the government ordered companies to allow their employees to work from home, considering it a safety measure. With the help and direction from HR team & our seniors, we got used to this new style of working slowly.

The HR team in our company is empathetic and understanding. Whenever I share my concerns with them, they respond ti it quickly. One thing I must say of them, which is, they are well skilled in carrying out their roles and responsibilities

They provide training session month on month. Get to learn many things. Working culture is poor. Company policies are average.

To much of favouritism. Senior are not supportive. HR are not helpful.
