3D Visual Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation to create high-quality interior and exterior visualizations and walkthroughs. You will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to bring concepts to life through realistic imagery and animations.

Key Responsibilities:
Create photorealistic 3D renderings of interiors and exteriors based on design specifications.
Develop 3D walkthroughs and animations to enhance project presentations.
Work with architects, designers, and project teams to interpret CAD drawings, sketches, and concepts into 3D visualizations.
Optimize lighting, textures, and materials to achieve realistic and aesthetic visual outputs.
Use Corona rendering engine to produce high-quality visuals.
Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements:
Proven experience of 8-10 years as a 3D Visualizer in architectural visualization or interior design.
Proficiency in 3ds Max.
Expertise in rendering engines such as Corona.
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, AfterEffects, or other post-production tools.
Experience with 3D animation and walkthrough creation.
Understanding of architectural drawings, materials, textures, lighting, and composition.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) visualization.
Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for interactive visualizations.
Knowledge of AI-powered rendering tools and automation techniques.
