3D Designer (Events)

Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Designer with experience in the event industry to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging 3D designs for event spaces, stage setups, exhibition booths, and experiential marketing activations.

This role requires a strong sense of spatial design, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into immersive, 3D visual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Event Design: Create 3D models and visualizations of event spaces, stage designs, exhibition booths, and other event structures.
• Conceptualization & Ideation: Work closely with the creative and production teams to conceptualize and develop innovative event design concepts that align with the event's theme and objectives.
• Spatial Planning: Design layouts and floor plans, ensuring optimal use of space, functionality, and audience flow within the event venue.
• Visual Presentations: Develop realistic 3D renderings, mood boards, and detailed presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Material & Technology Integration: Collaborate with production teams to understand material specifications and technology requirements, ensuring that designs are feasible for production and align with budget constraints.
• Adaptability: Modify designs based on client feedback, event venue specifications, and production limitations to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, ideally in the event, exhibition, or experiential marketing industry.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of event space planning, stage setups, and fabrication techniques. Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to bring ideas to life through detailed 3D renderings.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to execute designs effectively.
