I regret that , i worked under managers like shubham dhingra( have 10 backlogs in his past. Now working in loconav as general manager, VP vaibhav gambhair. I dont know who made him VP). Can any one become VP of a department just in 2 year. He even dont know how to talk , zero product knowledge, he even dont know how to work on excel. The best thing he can do is run from the meeting, danda kroooo is the best thing he can do. They think company unke baap ki hai. 98% of the people on the floor is there refrence. One of the refrence vaibhav gambhir become Assitant. Manager. Who have no prior experience, in the name of degree he has only BA. Talk like a goon on the floor. Ask every colleague to call him sir, because he is a assistant manager. One more refrence of shubham dhingra become a manager who have experience of only one year. In the name of he higher education he also have BA degree only. He also want to be called as sir. There are few people working there are more deserving but because of the refrence system the whole culture get toxicated. I tried to respect these manager for any reason but failed....Read More
