Nothing is good to mention for this company. Founders really need to look at their Dr's/ CXOs way of working and operating the process. Lot of money is being settled internally within finance senior folks. They are actually misleading the funds and filling their pockets. Kindly focus on finance operations.

No job security.Employer centric organization not employee centric. Don't ever join this organization. You may be offered with inflated CTC but soon they will do paycut or they will ask to leave.

There is no job security here, even if you are doing a good job, the company will fire you. These people stopped direct sales while we had given good sales.

Nothing good about the company, they hire people without a plan and then realize they've got head costs and get on a firing spree. Prefer to be unemployed than to work for rookies in the so-called startup. They dont even own the product, they are reselling a white-labled solution of a vendor. The entire hierarchy from the global CBO/CEO to the VP/AVP in the HR. Any function in the company is not capable of making a decision, very toxic culture. You may join as Software Developer and in 3 months end up in a sales role here.
