They gave good hikes to new employees who joined in 2021 after their Series B.

Dislikes

Poor Culture, Top management lacks Ethics, Competence & Skills. Most VP's are Incompetent. Management prefer ppl who just licckk. No focus on deep diving and solving for issues - company works on perceptions hence they are Not in a good shape right now and are implementing salary cuts.
