If you want to work peacefully at your place Liventus would be great. As a security personnel I don't feel it adds much value to the the your resume. Not much challenges in the work wise.
I felt HR persons don't hear your concerns. The mam and sir culture is still there. In my previous company I called the CISO with the name. So, it's kind of felt ancient in Liventus.

They Provide Salary on Time, Last Working day of the month.
Work Culture: Toxic work culture. They try to micro manage every thing, installed some tracking software to track time. Normally working hours are 8 everywhere but here you need to work for 9 hours and to show those 9 hours on their tracking software you will have to work atleast 12 hours. Company management and seniors employees are all old school, they don't even understand new techs. They Provide high end windows machine to those who requires Linux/Mac system to get their work done. Employees get their work done using linux sub system anyhow. You are on your own. Company tried implementing SQUAD system but that is totally a trash. No one know what is happening within the company. Salary & Benefits: They provide salary as per industry standards and benefits include PF, health insurance, food coupons etc. Job Security: MYTH. They want to become next accenture but don't have any plan for that. They are just dreaming. Company just hire and fire, starts hiring after any project prospect and don't have any plan to overcome any mishap. At start they usually say that we have a lot of project in pipeline but reality is totally different. Company sales team is trying to get projects from crappy conferences. Even after having the company operational for more than 2 decades, they are still not able to grow the company beyond 200. Their clients also don't trust them. Even if you are assigned to a project , there are very less chances that you will get any respect/trust from client. You job is only secured until you are in a client project, the moment you are out of that project You are out of this company. Last year somehow they crossed 100 head count but 70% of that are associated to company for less than 6 months. Work Satisfaction: Most of the projects are dull. Hire and fire game there is no job security. Terminate their employees within few months of joining without any valid reasons. Management support and trust only US team employees. Micromanagement as they installed some sort of software to track employees working hours , employees have to work for 12 hrs to show 9hrs of work in their tracking system
