Nothing is like about this company.

This company run by a family and most of the family member do not know how to run a office, you will lost your eye sight if you work in this company for more than 6 months. leave policy is very bad so called HR head (Not even MBA in HR work exp:- family business)who don't even know meaning of HR responsibility. All the family memberwho run this business cut the salary of needy staff without any reason or ask them to leave f they have any problem, every month 5-10 employees usually left after taking salary. No cafeteria you cannot go out to grab some snacks if you are working in night shift. Even security guard has more power than a team leader. some of the team leader (Mr Punit Verma) are puppet of management and bitching about the other employees. All the good comments are from the HR only as they are on the same date. they will finish you social life. if they saw you outside of the office they will pass comment on you in front of the team. I bet if any of their previous employee will say good about the company. worst company to work like you can say that its East India Company of Karnal. very very bad experience....Read More
