There is only liking about new kids coming for learning.

I was working for ten month in palam branch , but my whole experience was so terrible because of principal who is don't how to treat teacher's and kids and top of it she is not much aware about school policy .she even not provided me experience letter for the same. Because they told me that you require for serve at least one year for experience letter . But I don't think so anyone can survive for a year because I was only one who completed 10 month there....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
