The employee can present his/her contributions directly for appraisal evaluation. Senior staff and management are very supportive. The management is willing to provide every employee with any help they need to perform their best. The requirements of each individual employee are addressed.

Dislikes

The absence of paid leave is inconvenient at times even though the time for casual leaves is compensated in the minimum working hours requirements.

Time flexibility. Nothing else.

Dislikes

Career/company growth is bad. To earn your full salary here is difficult since it based on time. When you have no tasks assigned, you may earn less. Internal politics will affect your career. Not an ideal place for experienced guys as it may end your it career. I had to experience a lot of partiality here. Office facilities are bad. Only one toilet for entire 35 staff including ladies.

Work Details

You have to search for task here. Otherwise you will not get paid. Its like a daily wage job. I am finding it difficult to earn even 60% of my salary here.

I am sorry that you faced any sort of discrimination here. I wish we could have discussed and resolved this during your tenure with us. LiteBreeze management strongly believes that any inter-personal work issue must be solved with honest and open communication. Currently LiteBreeze has 55 employees who all work full-time. We have multiple large on-going projects in Laravel, Go and Python. Even in the rare cases of no client work for an employee, they can still earn their full salary by taking up any technical training program as per their preference. Office ergonomics has always been our priority. Our new office in SmartCity is equipped with many amenities such as gym, relaxation room, luxury bathrooms etc. Please visit our new office when you get time and hopefully we can clear out any misunderstanding over a cup of coffee:)
