No matter how hard you work, your work is never acknowledged by the management. There are no employee welfare policies, poor appraisals, poor salaries. The top-most management have been leeching company's resources, and revenue for ages now, under the nose of MDs and bringing no growth to the company,

I have worked in this company from the year of 2010. I was done hard work from the last 06 years, Finally i was left from this company in the year of 2016. total worst of 06 years was too terrible. Management is too poor of this company. i was worked in 06 department of this company. There are no so facilities. Management was too poor therefore New managing director has given new building to another businessman on the rent ( star cap ) When Mr. Mukul Singhal (CMD) was expired in the year of 2012, Then Companies Greater and smart managers were left from this company. for that company gone on bad situation. New Managers can not be well handled company they only doing politics like all managers together doing politics discussing, which was too bad.
