Some colleagues were good but mostly not

Company is a total LALA company. No policies are adhered to and there is no leave policy. Only 12 leaves are allowed for the whole year including sick leaves. Employees are put under immense pressure and even employees have to pay out on their own for travel expenses which are never re-imbursed on time. Appraisals are never done on time and whatever increment is given is peanuts in comparison to industry standards. Worst company to work with....Read More

They don't pay their teams, have a very bad reputation in clearing payments of other teams involved, do not have any leave structures, only one paid leave per month.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
