Lifeline Foundation has a solid ethical foundation. Throughout the course of my last 5 months of association with lifeline foundation, I have learned a lot and still adding to my knowledge. Lifeline Foundation does not provide you with any shortcuts and hence when you come of the organization, it makes you very strong as an individual. I want to appreciate the hard work of professional management which is always ready to give assistance when needed. One of the most important things I admire about Lifeline Foundation is its ability to manage multiple projects and teams. You will be expected to go beyond your limits but it will only help you to achieve great heights and grow as a professional. nothing to like in this company worst and mentally torcher company and not giving last salary to any one and they are feeling proud of it

Company is worst and management don't give last month salary also management is more egoistic Also employee get mantel harassing from the owner. trusty & Account department for last full and final. I advice which employee had not received the last salary along with full and final payment till now have to lock complain in Labour commissioner office to get their salary and all the legal rightes.

Lifeline Foundation set an example by making sure that even in pandemic and when the whole market is facing crisis, the employees and workers do not have to go without salaries even for a month. The organization will make you ready to work under any situation. There have been times where I was given opportunity to travel vibrant places. I have enjoyed my time while working. I joined Lifneline Foundation in September 2004. I consider that day a lucky day for me. In short time, I started feeling like I have become a member of a family, seeing the way people interacted with each other and helped each other in carrying out their work; how they intermingled with each other in celebrating birthdays and othersmall events and big achievements, and at that time one cannot make out who is boss and who is subordinate. I slowly realised that this is because this organisation is not created for doing just business but as a result of a Kronch-wadh like effect. This was created because when a couple, saved from a life threatening road accident, realised that lakhs of people died or were maimed due to road accidents in India, and dedicated their lives to do whatever they can do to save and help them. This couple is Dr Subroto Das and Mrs Sushmita Das, the founders of this organisation. I consider myself to be lucky to be a part of such an organisation. As for my experience as a member of this organisation, I have always got help and support from management and colleagues whenever I needed for my work or for my personal needs. Systems here made me realise, what it is to rise again after I fall. I have versatile tasks to handle. You will be made to master the tasks well by showing where you need to to improve and strengthening your knowledge on different aspects of it. This makes you so good that you can actually help your colleagues or juniors to develop them. The organisation also give you a platform for this knowledge sharing to happen across level and across departments. Where in indirectly the organisation grooms you so well that you become a team leader. Higher management Dy CEO Ms Isha Popat, Founder & Co-founder Dr Subroto Das & Mrs Sushmita Das has all to motivate you. They will let you fall, they will let you fell the heat but will never leave you in the middle of the way. Dr Das has a great saying, either I will make you or i will break you. Trainings, lectures, conferences, workshops, NGO fairs & events, everything mostly everything, organisation manages by themselves irrespective if the program is on National or International lever. At the end of the day, you feel blessed to be a part of Crusaders, who train people to save lives. During COVID times, entire management and accounting team was on their toes to work for their employees. No salary deduction, no delayed salaries. They have quit long routed permission systems which at times, lead to gap in communication. No casuals on Saturday. Since mostly all programs are being handled internally, it is much stressful during conferences & events.
