Thought of writing a review after reading a recent review by someone who did not disclosed the department or identity. Lifeline Foundation is one of the best places to work. I have worked for 19 years. I have worked in various projects. I have learned a lot and developed my skills. I have grown with this organisation. The managementis very understanding and transparent. Job stability is there. Salaries are done in time. Flexible timings. Friendly atmosphere. Top management is generous, even giving personal advances. Employee retention is good. Employee engagement is good. They have paid for family vacations, get-togethers, overnight trips, vaccination drives, hospital and health care support and many more such perks. The family feeling. Hard work yet fun, challenging yet satisfying. We get scolded at times but there is always and always a pat on the back when a good job is done. The challenges thrown at us everyday make the job anything but monotonous. If I had joined any other company, I would not have been able to learn as much as I did within the time duration I spent here. The CEO, Dr Das, constantly tells that he will either make or break you.. and only if your mentally prepared to work hard and push yourself to be a better and more efficient person, will you be able to enjoy working here. I was in the training department and I first hand experienced how management took care that you are given challenges that push you out of your comfort zone and teach you soo many new things. And you are allowed to make mistakes and learn from them.. You are also taught to observe and learn from soo many subtle things.. the thought, time and energy invested in the employee constantly surprises me! And your work will not be specific or closed but you will get to dabble in a plethora of things! Even during the lockdown, the management made sure that all employees did get work and timely salary every month! And if you are open enough and honest to your work and with the employers, they will even help you going out of the way or help you during your difficulties.! The work life balance gets a bit disturbed and you sometimes end you sacrificing your leaves, especially during the times when there is an important conference or event to be organized, but the teachings you receive from the time you invest more than make up for it. There sometimes is an increase in shouting in the office.
