Thought of writing a review after reading a recent review by someone who did not disclosed the department or identity. Lifeline Foundation is one of the best places to work. I have worked for 19 years. I have worked in various projects. I have learned a lot and developed my skills. I have grown with this organisation. The management is very understanding and transparent. Job stability is there. Salaries are done in time. Flexible timings. Friendly atmosphere. T op management is generous, even giving personal advances. Employee retention is good. Employee engagement is good. They have paid for family vacations, get-togethers, overnight trips, vaccination drives, hospital and health care support and many more such perks.
