A team member has to do all kinds of work (ground work, desk work, etc.). The core trainings are mostly with physical interaction and hence maybe challenging during Covid-19 pandemic period.

My job was to conduct trainings, do pre-training and post-training preparedness and activities, conduct market research, plan for improving offerings and any & all activities that come to support these initiatives.
