Work time 10 am to 6 pm . Now this is also not useful as promoter wants everyone to sit till the time he is in office. Strange!!!

Culture, Dirty Internal politics by dear and near one of promoter, hire and fire rule, Every day is dangerous day, employee being treated as dogs except 1-2.

Almost everything!! Salary is just a magnet to attract people, do not fall in the trap! Highly unsecure work environment. unprofessional behavior is trend at this place, No hierarchy, illogical reasoning for the way it functions and Inhuman behavior is served to all employees. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
