Dont trust this company. It is probably not even a real company. Its a multilevel marketing scam. Let me explain everything i have noticed about this company. Firstly you will be approached by this company through friends or social media and mostly through linkedin. They will ask you to fill a form with your personal details adhar and all. Dont add it please. and they will give you false sentences regarding the stipend. If you opt for HR or marketing internship it wont matter becoz they will make u do same work. And the work will be to scam others by marketing their stupid courses. Saying that its limited time deal and all that. Here only you should back off. Nowadays people spend their money very cautiously. Dont make your friends waste their money here. If by chance u sell one course then you willl be promoted and here you have to start recruitment of other interns. U urself being intern, you are recruiting more interns. Does it make sense? This is called as pyramid scheme and its a huge scam where there is no benefit to you. They will force you to do the work or else they will terminate you. Next they will give you some more work like talking with new recruits or taking interviews. Again you being an intern and you are interviewing new interns recruiting or training new interns to do this scam with you. Stupid. Here the team leaders are very stupid and arrogant. They will scream at you as if you are a kid. Highest level of stupidity. If ur intern is not performing well they blame you that you are worthless and cant train properly. And if your recruits leave or dont do the task then also blame comes to you. During recruitment you are not allowed to tell them the whole deal about this internship so naturally these people will leave this fake internship. Dont blame the interns for your stupid scammy work. If at all u by chance complete this internship they offer u fake promise of 10k stipend plus incentive. But in the end you will get very less. Some people got just 300 also. Sick. I dont know if the certificates and all are worth it or not. Also if you post on linkedin or anywhere some real reviews about this fake company then these people come to you and scare you with fake notices. Since they have ur address and all<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They will send u some emails and scare you with many phone calls and ask you to pay some lakhs of rupees</mark>.
