They don't focus on work, new creativity. TL and Manager don't appreciate the new ideas or suggestions from junior position employee. They just pressurize the employee to sit in office after completing 9 hours without any work. Work culture is very toxic. Bad mentality. Without any reason they changed the sitting of employee within 1 month.

If you want to do 9-7/8pm job then join this company..Worst culture, there are some guys who even worked continuously from 9 am to next day 6:30 pm( approx 60-70hrs continuously) yes you would not believe it but it true..Sometime you have to work on sunday also.
