Very dirty politics. Manager who I need report is really worst I ever seen. They litrly force you for resignation. Even we do more then 12-15 hours of working they expect that we do there work also. They even doesn't support you in any situation they always tried to dominate you all time. Neha Singhal is a very worst lead I ever seen.

Management is not aligned to one common goal. There is no prioritisation on tasks and roadmap. Everything is high priority. No work-life balance. You have to be available 24*7 for any support. Organization seriously need to work on ethics and empathy towards its employees.
