There is a lot to learn about technical and non-technical areas. The domain is very much stronger and much secure to work within. You'll get to work with so much of talented peoples here.

Dislikes

Not fully satisfaction for all of the employees here. In terms of appraisals, salary increaments are very much poor if you're working for a long term here. Salary structure is not up to the market standard for existing employees. The statement differenciates when we talk about higher management. It's quite dissatisfying.
