Management is not aligned to one common goal. There is no prioritisation on tasks and roadmap. Everything is high priority. No work-life balance. You have to be available 24*7 for any support. Organization seriously need to work on ethics and empathy towards its employees.

terrible environment whole management will torture you if you're new joiner they juggle you so quickly that if forgot what you know also. And within 1 hour they want solution also if not they will insult you in front of everyone.

No compensation and benefits, No increament, office politics, rude and slow management. Worked on weekends. No work life balance. Credit takers People have less knowledge but they pretend they know all the things. No job security recently they fire good amount of employes.

There's a open culture here, no closed ODCs. no login / logout punch-inns. Office is really good.

No one co-operates. company is always in the mode - "Yahan to aese hi hota hai apna dekh lo..". Basically answer to every question you raise towards management. No correction in path even if it is not yielding profits.
