Management has ZERO idea of what is going in the company. It's completely chaotic. All C level people try to push their own agenda. Too much politics. ZERO attention given to employee retention & employee benifits. Harsh language used, insults in bad words, shouting at each other, pathetic environment.

No compensation and benefits, No increament, office politics, rude and slow management. Worked on weekends. No work life balance. Credit takers People have less knowledge but they pretend they know all the things. No job security recently they fire good amount of employes.

All of the mid to higher level management are dumb They as lazy as a sloth and expect u to work long hours doing there work with unknown requirement then demean you after u get your work done Blame game they make you escape goat from there seniors No documentation and expecting to work on project in 1hr KT
