Dislikes

No incentive policy. No leave because low man power. Some unnecessary work load . Every other day new policy. They give an an achievable target and have every step will cut your salary After achieving the target they find some way to cut or reduce your incentive. We were not supported proper form our aom . There is no leave on eny occasion. I am seriously happy to leave LENSKART.
