Other executives are helpful and specifically my TL was a great guy , very polite and helpful. Trainers are very good and educated specifically Apoorva kaushik , she's highly knowledgeable about her field and deserves much better.

Starting with HR : they will make fake promises, never believe them , at the time of need , they will tell you the whole picture. AM was a good guy with always smiling deceptive personality. Since the sales pressure is immense on this guy by sales head , the quality suffers , they just need numbers , I have seen people who can barely speak english cracking interview , training and get to the floor. Lastly , Customer are getting irritated now for getting calls from sales team for just browsing on app , Lenskart is losing loyal Customers because of poor behaviour of poor quality Executives . Next quality team is a joke . And further on , your incentives will he cancelled for some lame reason that even they can't explain , every month incentive plans will change , I have seen tenured employees crying after over achieving their target for not getting their incentives. This is really a worst company don't try to join this company see the attrition rate of this company this is just like ucchi dukhan feeka pakwan never give a single sweet box on Diwali occasion or any other occasions .You do your best but not providing 100% salary now as well ..senior staff not at all supportive and cooperative this is just like you are working in lala ki shop and the owner is like Hitler who just work in his own way never take the advice or suggestions from their employees they do lot of partailties in old staff and in new staff . More irritating this if you promot that is not the promotion that is like your demotion only your responsibility become huge but salary nothing or if they increase they just cut as a variable amount .. Creat lot of pressure on stores manager and lot of sops which changes frequently there is no flexibility in job timing. After 2019 became hell no salary growth very worst salary structure 80% minimum guarantee and 20% variable there is no incentive. If you earn anything a part of your salary like incentive they just immediately cut as in Stock shrinkage.
