1. No salary hike: usually companies provide some certain hikes after probation period, but here there is not. 2. Appraisals: employee appraisals are nowhere to be seen in this company. 3. No proper communication regarding work: they don't explain clearly about the work procedure. 4. No learning and development: there is no chance to learn new things and also no good exposure. 5. No job security: they will ask you to resign from the organization whenever they need by giving false reasons....Read More
