Personally company is working for growth But client attitude is not meeting Team concerns we have to rigid on our policy . Company should give external training to make sure Team build management policy. HR policy have to be common for all zone .

Dislikes

Clients view over contract Labour is not give immense pleasure. Rewards are not given by clients when any major achiements achieved by team. Have to take initiatives with clients management

Daily meeting with management with improvements , abnormalities & action plan .Team meeting to motivate then for more focus on concerns issue . Environmental changes .
