No job security, If you give 90%UP productivity and than after company's superior tell that "your performance is not good enough and we will thinking or our office will decide to terminate you in future from your job". This is not good for anyone. Love your job but don’t love your company, because you may not know when your company stops loving you!

I like that my colleagues come from different cultural background and work happly in collaboration.

Dislikes

There is no management for workload, No work appreciation ,No technical expertise with no future opportunities for fresher for growth ,They always treat you like you are nothing in front fo them with no co-operative nature from management team, I will say it's not worth to work there as if you want to grow as good Engineering.No transport and canteen facility .

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
