Laurus is definitely a leader in R&D for development and delivery of molecules by chemical synthesis. Laurus also has such a beautiful passion for the commercialization of synthetic drug products in bulk scale under the supervision of great capabilities.

Dislikes

Work life balance was not satisfactory (with some particular teams, but not with whole company). As Research Scientist, I went for validations followed by the commercialization for numbers drug products on outside stations in laurus, where I stayed for long time (for months) without any intervals & I did not get any compansative days even after completing the campaign for any drug products & the very next day I need to be present in the office without fail....Read More
