Good thing is that you get all the necessary facilities like accomodation (AC), cook, wifi, newspaper, washing machine, etc. The payout are always on time.

Dislikes

The work culture at L&T is terrible and no work-life balance. The project sites will usually have less staffs as a cost cutting measure which in turn increases the work load on an individual significantly. Project offices are comparatively better. Lots of office politics.
