The company in itself feels a big achievement to be in and work with.It provides a good environment to grow both personally as well as professionally

Overall it's good I must say ,rest slowly I think we can even have more exposure to new industrial business standards and get familized with new tools and technologies as we step forward .

The office infrastructure is good. You can learn new things anytime through its online platform (i.e. Shoshin School). You can get support and coordination from senior employees.

Dislikes

Nov month only I have joined in LTIMindtree, till now I don't have any dislike about working at this company.

I've requested to change my location as my parents are facing health issue, they didn't even considered my request and rejected it. They don't even value the employee situation and don't value their request.

Cafeteria has got plenty of options at very affordable price. All the recreation activities are not just for the name sake, Everything is good here like Gym, gaming area, breakout rooms has got CCD machines and they have really great beverage options for free.

Training period should be more specifically for Java and DotNet trainings.

The training they are giving here in the start when we join the company was very nice. The quality of training, trainers, their assistance is very appreciable. Even the resources they provide is good.

Dislikes

The time for training is very little. They try to complete a very vast subject in a very little time. Along with the training given, if they provide a little more time for us to go through the topic, it would be more perfect in my assumption.
