As a start-up environment it is really good to take new challenges everyday and learn a lot in different role. New strategies are implemented if it is fruitful for the company and being a dedicated employee I usually provided lots more new thinking and it got implemented.

Dislikes

No leave policies. No medical benefit for employees and HR policies are very bad. No employee retaintion policies.

There is nothing such things to like in Lipl.

Dislikes

No infrastructure.. Terrible mismanagement and worst work culture. Complete humiliation for employees by the so called boss. Pay structure is extremely frustrating.. It's like an insult to the employee. Need to follow up for salary every month. This is not a company. It was jail like hell. All were allowed only 30min for lunch and only allowed once in a day for washroom. Terrible.

I was bound to work for 6 months as I had a financial bond with Lipl.
