I personally got to learn new things. As an Aeronautical graduate, I learnt about the flight data monitoring and how to analyse the data of each flight required for many private Airlines as part of their ICAO audit. Since it's a small company one can get to learn new things easily!

Dislikes

Very bad work culture. Too much pressure! The Manager's treat employees like some street dogs. The salary is very less compared to other organizations while the work is more.
