Likes

Able to get good exposure with the clients and build our network and contacts. Learn how does the airline industry function in terms of the IT aspects and is a good place to start budding. A few managers and seniors are very approachable and knowledgeable about the business and industry they work in!

Dislikes

Lot of petty politics between senior employee (reporting managers and HoD) and juniors who would like to grow mutually. A lot of unnecessary meetings, which does not bring any good outcome. Client satisfaction need to be encouraged even more instead of going through SOPs at urgent cases. Once these issues are fixed, the company can soar to greater heights.
