The culture in terms of job security is pretty good if you are catering your responsibility well. There was a letter from chairman of company dedicated to family of employees regarding ensuring job safety during lockdown. Sanitizers in bulk are provided to every department for safety of employees.

Dislikes

The salary crediting on time is a rare phenomenon. Sometimes delay is 1- 3 months. So people with EMIs generally suffer from penalties from banks. One should not hope for promotion and appraisal if you are not in upper or top management. I served at LPGCL as Project stsge, different type challenges handled and approx.10000 worker have worked during project in day & night shift.
