In LPGCL there is no corporate culture, here the company or the management doesn't care about junior levels, even after promise from Chairman that from next time salary will be credited on time, there was no salary for 3 months, what can you aspect from this company more.

No corporate culture, company is destroyed by top management of boot leaking peoples, Very Slow growth (3%) or no growth/increments for 3 years, Very Very bad HR culture, Very Bad canteen food & costly too, inside plant different rule is being carried out and is totally dictatorship. No good medical facility and the plant is situated at remote place about 45 kms from local small city (Lalitpur). HR doesn't support for vehicle or anything during any emergency. In short if you choose LPGCL, you will be choosing HELL. DON'T GO..........Read More
