I had thought the company's founders would cherish its capable staff despite their qualifications and open-mindedness. Nevertheless, I was wrong.

Dislikes

1.Excessive use of social media by few employees which disrupts the work culture. 2.Engaging in long, non-work-related conversations, which affects the concentration of those around them. 3.Taking long breaks every half an hour and founders are aware of everything still they don't take any actions against these employees as they are the one who knows how to deceive them and put the blame game on other employees. These actions not only affect the individuals involved but also disrupt those of us who are trying to maintain a professional and productive atmosphere. 3.Last but not least there is no job security at all,the founders suffocate and micromanage you at the same time.Either you are fired without any reason or they force you to resign and it really doesn't matter how competent you are.The company has lost talented individuals because of guidance from their preferred employees in the company....Read More
