Here they can discontinue you within 15 days also if they find your BGV somehow Red and the reason may be mismatch of your DOJ or Exit which is not in your hand if your last employment turns out to be bad for you. Until and unless any criminal or legal proceedings is not there to be found you shouldn't be removed from the system which they did to me. So whoever will join this organization please don't join until and unless your full Background Verification reports come because they can remove you for a very petty reason and can play with your emotions.
