Everything is good but no opportunity to grow your currier and without notice without mistake hi will terminate you. No job security in lacigale hotel.

He can not give you a chance to grow your currier in other feald. All HOD is same . You can not done you cross training . Because he don't give you permission.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
